The training structure we have adopted is that of many years of experience. Teaching smarter, not harder has improved the standards of our delivery and increased the passing of exams to merit and distinction grades.

Our academic team consists of a number of highly experienced and self- motivated trainers, who have had many years of experience gained from working in the financial markets. Their skills provide an excellent platform for various topics within the curriculum to be covered, coupled with practical experience.






Nothing is too much of a task for our trainers. The attitude is always positive. One definition of attitude is that it’s a little thing that makes a big difference. This natural approach, which is not an act but a personality type, provides for our students a strong foundation, preparing them for their roles as customer facing strategic advisors.







Learning and teaching is an art. To enhance this we have developed and implemented various interactive training methods in the course delivery. They range from group discussions; role plays; short public addressing; and encouragement of students asking questions.

Complemented with the physical methods, a range of material is provided to the students including interactive media CD ROMs and various mock exam papers which are then marked within the classroom to create a deeper thought process. This style of delivery enhances the students’ memory retention, thus enabling higher grades to be achieved in examinations.
